Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
- Products that have already been installed, used, damaged, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return unless proven defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping, transportation, installation, and service charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product due to damage, defects, or incorrect delivery, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item.
Exchanges are subject to:
- Product availability
- Inspection and approval by our technical team
- Return of the original item in acceptable condition
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Installed air conditioning units
- Customized or special-order items
- Electrical materials and spare parts damaged due to improper use
- Service charges, inspection charges, and transportation fees
- Products damaged by customer negligence, power fluctuations, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with:
- Invoice number
- Product details
- Photos or videos showing the issue
After verification, we will arrange:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund if replacement is unavailable
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping and transportation costs unless:
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item is defective
- The issue occurred due to our error
In approved cases, SEATLK may arrange collection or cover return transportation costs.
Processing Time
- Refunds and approved exchanges are generally processed within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Delays may occur depending on banking systems, supplier approvals, or product availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or installation scheduling.
- Advance payments for special-order or customized products may not be refundable once procurement has started.
- Installation appointments cancelled after technician dispatch may incur transportation or service charges.
